FAQ's
Where are you located?
We're a US-based company and we manufacture domestically. Not as a talking point, but, as a standard.
Our printers are vetted partners we've worked with long enough to trust. They understand that these shirts aren't novelty items someone wears once for a photo. They're the ones you reach for on Saturday mornings, Sunday dog park trips, and weeknight walks when you're too tired to think about what to wear.
That means:
Soft, heavyweight cotton that holds up. We're talking 100% combed and ring-spun fabric, the kind that gets softer with every wash instead of falling apart after three. Because your dog is going to shed on this. Probably multiple times. It needs to survive the laundry cycle you're about to put it through.
Print quality that doesn't crack or fade. We use direct-to-garment printing with water-based inks. The design stays vibrant whether you're wearing it for the first time or the fiftieth. Your shirt might accumulate dog hair, but it won't lose its message.
Consistent fit, every time. We don't switch manufacturers based on whoever's cheaper that month. Same suppliers, same specs, same sizing. If you order a medium today and another one a year from now, they'll fit the same.
Ethical production standards. Fair labor. Safe conditions. We know who's making these and how they're treated. It matters.
For our international customers, we've built a network of trusted printing partners around the world. Same quality standards, same materials, same attention to detail, just closer to you. We're not outsourcing to cut costs; we're regionalizing to cut shipping time. Your dog's already done four new things since you ordered. We're just trying to get your shirt to you before they do five more.
We don't outsource because it's cheaper. We don't compromise because it's easier. These shirts represent something real, and they should be made like they matter.
Because to the person wearing it, they do.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. If you're reading this, we can probably get a shirt to you.
Here's how it works:
US orders ship from our domestic facilities. Standard delivery is typically 5-8 business days from when you order. Faster options available at checkout if your dog did something particularly noteworthy and you need the shirt immediately.
International orders ship from regional printing partners in your area—Europe, Australia, Canada, UK, Asia. This isn't a cost-cutting move; it's a speed move. We'd rather have your shirt printed closer to you and delivered in 7-10 days than have it sit in customs for three weeks while your dog moves on to their next project.
Shipping costs vary by location. We're not inflating them to pad margins, you're paying what it actually costs to get a quality shirt from point A to your door. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, so you'll see the real number before you commit.
Tracking is included. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking number. No guessing. No "it's probably on its way." You'll know where it is.
If something goes wrong—lost package, wrong size, printing error—contact us. We'll fix it. These shirts are meant to be worn, not fought over with customer service.
We respect your time. We respect your money. And we know that if you're ordering a shirt about your dog, it's because it said something true enough that you want to wear it in public.
We'll get it to you as quickly and reliably as we can.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. The minute your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number.
Not a vague "your order is being processed" message. An actual tracking link that shows you where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.
What to expect:
The tracking number goes live within a few hours of your shipping confirmation. Sometimes immediately, sometimes it takes a minute for the carrier's system to update. If you click the link right away and see "information not available yet," give it an hour. It's coming.
You'll be able to see every scan, when it left the facility, when it hit the sorting center, when it's out for delivery. We don't control the speed of the postal service, but we do make sure you're never wondering where your shirt actually is.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it: Check with neighbors, around your porch, or anyone else who might have grabbed your mail. If it's genuinely missing, contact us. We'll sort it out.
If tracking hasn't updated in several days: Reach out. Sometimes packages sit in a facility longer than they should. We can check what's happening and intervene if needed.
We're not hiding information or making you dig for updates. You ordered a shirt, you should know where it is. Your dog's probably already done the thing that made you want this shirt in the first place, so we're just making sure you're not left guessing when it'll show up.
What materials are your products made of?
We use 100% combed and ring-spun cotton for the vast majority of our shirts. Not a cotton blend. Not the kind that feels soft in the store and rough after two washes. Actual quality cotton that gets better over time.
Here's what that means in practice:
Soft from day one. The kind of soft where you'll wear it around the house, to the dog park, on errands, and then realize three days later you've barely taken it off. Comfortable enough for a full day on the couch with your dog sprawled across you.
Durable enough for your actual life. Dog people don't wear shirts gently. You're bending down for leashes, getting jumped on, wiping muddy paws on whatever you're wearing, and throwing everything in the wash on repeat. These shirts hold up to that. The fabric doesn't pill. The seams don't unravel. The neckline doesn't stretch out after one wear.
Preshrunk. We're not playing games where you order a medium and it fits like a small after the first wash. What you order is what you get.
Breathable. Cotton breathes. Synthetic blends trap heat and smell like dog after twenty minutes. We're not doing that to you.
Gentle on skin. No scratchy tags (we use tearaway labels), no weird chemical smell out of the package, no irritation after a full day of wear. If you have sensitive skin or just hate feeling like you're wearing a costume, this works.
Heather colors contain polyester. Some of our heather-blend colors (like heather gray, heather blue) use a cotton-poly mix to achieve the color. It's still soft, still durable, just a slightly different hand feel. We'll tell you on the product page which is which.
Athletic/performance styles may vary. If we introduce moisture-wicking or technical fabrics for specific designs, we'll be explicit about it. You'll know what you're getting before you buy.
Every product page lists the exact material breakdown. We're not hiding it in fine print or being vague because we're hoping you won't notice. If it's 100% cotton, it says 100% cotton. If it's a blend, it says what the blend is and why.
Why this matters:
You're not buying this shirt to wear once for Instagram and then donate. You're buying it because it says something true, and you're going to reach for it regularly. That means the fabric needs to feel good on Tuesday morning when you're half-asleep and your dog needs a walk, not just when it's fresh out of the package.
We make shirts for the life you actually live with your dog. The materials reflect that.
